DELIVERY POLICY

 

1. Delivery Methods and Services

Our store offers several delivery methods using the Omniva service provider. You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Omniva Parcel Locker Delivery – the item is delivered to the nearest Omniva parcel locker, from which you can collect it 24/7.
  • Omniva Courier Delivery – a courier delivers the item to the specified address (apartment, office, or another location).

 

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method, product characteristics (e.g., size, fragility), and order volume.
The exact fee will be confirmed with the customer after the order is placed.

Examples:

  • Omniva parcel locker: from €3.50
  • Courier delivery to address: from €6.00
  • Delivery of fragile items – calculated individually

 

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and delivery address. Typically, delivery time is:

  • Omniva parcel locker – 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Courier delivery – 1–3 business days after payment is received.


4. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery throughout Latvia and to all Omniva delivery points (parcel lockers).

International Delivery Options:

Currently, we offer delivery only within the Baltics. However, if you would like to receive an item outside Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia, please contact us privately (info@flautuparadize.lv, +37125990056), and we will do our best to arrange delivery options and terms.

 

5. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver items as quickly as possible, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the delivery service provider (Omniva), such as due to exceptional circumstances or logistical issues.

 

6. Delivery Consequences and Liability

If the recipient does not collect the item from the Omniva parcel locker within 7 days or fails to provide a correct address for courier delivery, the item will be returned to our warehouse, and an additional fee will apply for re-delivery.

 

7. Tracking

All orders are shipped using Omniva delivery services, and after the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

8. Returns and Exchanges

If an item is returned due to the recipient not collecting it or providing an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the repeated delivery costs.
