RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. In accordance with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
2.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., pillows, instrument parts);

Goods that, due to hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened (e.g., flute cleaning cloths, cleaning agents, lip plate stickers, thumb rests).
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
3.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must fill out a withdrawal form or provide a written notice in free form, including it with the return shipment or sending it via email to info@flautuparadize.lv.
3.2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in full set, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3.3. Returns should be sent to: Omniva parcel machine, Riga, Tallinas iela 86.
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or delivered in error.
Items must be packaged for return the same way they were originally shipped (e.g., flutes in bubble wrap, foam, and a box; other items in a box or specialized bubble wrap envelopes).
4. REFUNDS
4.1. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
5.1. If an item is damaged or does not match the order, please contact us immediately by emailing info@flautuparadize.lv or calling +371 25990056.
5.2. Damaged or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by the seller.
